Border Lion
Border Lion is an 8 y/o TB cross whose daddy is Lion King, sire of Cathy's young Simba. He was previously ridden by Johanna Dufort and competed through the CCI* level. Cathy was sent the horse in the summer of 2007 to improve his dressage and eventually sell. She competed him at a couple of Preliminary level competitions and then moved him up to Intermediate. Bodega, (as he is called in the barn), is an amazing jumper, loves both phases and Cathy is confident she can increase his skill and enthusiasm for dressage! After a discussion with the owner she has decided to keep and compete him for the next year and then make a decision about his future.
