Services & About The Farm
Carriage Station Farm is home base for the CW Event Team. While it serves as training headquarters for Cathy and her horses, Carriage Station also offers a complete boarding operation for others to enjoy.
Amenities include the 21 stall cement block barn, complete with rubber matting, two wash racks, covered-arena riding ring, stadium course, cross country schooling fences up to preliminary level, including a water jump, always open for schooling.
Most horses enjoy the company of others in the space of our large field turnouts, however individual paddock turnout is offered.
The farm board fencing has also recently been completely replaced with the Centaur fencing.

Course Design
Cathy has competed from Starter through the 5* level on over 50 horses through her 50+ year career in eventing
In 2005 was her last 5* ride at the Kentucky Three-day event and although she continued to compete horses at levels below that, she started her education in becoming a licensed cross country course designer for eventing.
In 2007 she received her small r CD license with the USEF which allowed her to design XC courses through the preliminary level for recognized events
In 2015 she received her large R EVSJCD license which allowed her to design show jumping courses through the Advanced level
In 2019 she received her large R CD license which allowed her to design Intermediate courses
In 2021 she received her level 2 FEI course design license which allows her to design FEI 1* through 3* cross country courses
Her experience in training and competing so many horses has given her outstanding insight into course design and asking the right questions for the levels, having the courses flow and subsequently her courses translate to educational learning experiences for all who compete over her courses.
She has designed courses all over the country and internationally in Costa Rica..
